Eventually I’ll add more, but here’s a crowd favorite in the Yeager household.
Amy’s Monster Cookies
3 Eggs
1c Brown Sugar
1c White Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp White Corn Syrup (this is a huge key to the gooey-ness)
2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 lb Butter (1 stick)
1 1/3c Chunky peanut butter
4 1/2c Oatmeal
1/4 lb Chocolate Chips
1/4 lb M&Ms
Mix the ingredients in order given. Stir while heating your oven to 350 degrees.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies. (Recipe from Kathy G)

O’Henry Bars
4c Oatmeal
1c Brown Sugar
1c Oleo/margarine
1/2c White Karo Syrup
16 oz Chocolate Chips
3/4c Peanut Butter – Chunky
Mix like pie crust and spread into ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degree 10-15 minutes.
DON’T OVERBAKE.
Melt 16oz chocolate chips and peanut butter. Spread over cookie sheet. refrigerate.
