IPTV Covers Cedar Rapids Opera’s Performance of Salome for Broadcast
This weekend, Iowa Public Television is in Cedar Falls at the Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center to record the Cedar Rapids Opera’s rendition of Salome for broadcast on IPTV. Watch the remarkable performance in stunning HD February 1 at 8 p.m., and again February 7 at 1 p.m.
Dan Wardell Visits Dubuque Sunday, January 17
Dan Wardell and WordGirl will visit the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium as part of Ice Fest 2010 this weekend. During the day on Sunday, they’ll host three story times at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m.
Tonight at 7:30, Iowa Press will feature an interview with Gov. Chet Culver (D-West Des Moines). Culver will discuss Tuesday’s “Condition of the State” address, and his priorities for the current legislative session. The program will be rebroadcast on IPTV WORLD Saturday at 9 a.m., and on IPTV Sunday at 11:30 a.m. And of course, it’s available online at http://www.iptv.org/iowapress beginning Friday evening.
Tonight at 8, Market to Market looks at how U.S. corn and soybean producers are taking productivity to a whole new level.
